Very old community, run down, new management is TERRIBLE

Please do NOT rent here. The place is dark, old, and needs lots of repairs, and the management is very unprofessional. RUN!

Living here was a HUGE mistake!!!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!

The management is absolutely horrible....they are nice enough as people, but they do NOT know how to do their jobs and are terribly informed on the policies, etc. Also, I have only lived here three months and...

Shadowood is NOT worth the money

This will be the third year I have lived in Shadowood Apartments. I regret signing a lease!!! The management and staff change constantly, amenities are canceled AFTER new students have already signed leases...
